I’m sorry what even is the first word, I can’t even look it up?
Won’t just always moved to the space your general came from? If all other surrounding spaces are filled so it never gets destroyed
I need to rethink this card. It’s overcosted for starters. Now it’s buggy too.
Erm, isn’t it WAAAAY too overpowered? At 7 mana, if you have 1 more HP than the enemy general, you play the spell, hit face, your general reactivates, hit face again and repeat until lethal… You just need to be ahead by 7 mana
6 mana you mean, since mana vortex. I think that does seem a little too powerful, given that you can just bop them with some juxtaposed minion then win if your general is in range. Maybe it should only reactivate once or not reactivate your general? I don’t think it would be broken if it only did minions; sure you might die to whistling blade or blood taura but probably not on the turn they come out.
Yeah, you’re right, I think I need to update the wording. It was originally gonna be more attack, I realized how BS that was and changed it to this. Clearly, I didnt quite think it all the way through.
The problem is minions blocking each other, since it’s meant to be a finisher card for backstab Songhai, I need it to be able to end a game if you have some backstab minions on board without them getting in each others way.
I usually do spells, but I think I might rework this into a minion, what do you think?
Interesting concept, but seems a bit weak…
I played midrange Kaleos for a while and in my opinion, even though juxtaposition counts as 2 procs, completing the trial seems kinda hard. I think 6 is a safer choice.
The Destiny isn’t that useful too since Songhai minions don’t have great stats overall, so you usually want to avoid positioning your minions next to enemies as Songhai and even more so as Kaleos.
On top of that, the relative weak stats of Songhai minions mean that it’ll be hard to find enemies with less attack, rendering the Destiny quite situational.
So what about removing the lower attack requirement and making the effect works on your General too ?
That sounds good, lemme change that
The problem of course is that I also need it to work with one of the words
Actually, never mind, the whole concept of a trial and destiny minion works
You have a queer definition of honor, sir. But I like your card a lot.
@ryousen where are you? We’re all waiting for you to make a card with your ridiculous word.
Oops, I fell victim to the Copy-Paste-Forget Demon…
May i join?
I don’t know how to apply the word, but i think i’ll choose HONORIFICABILITUDINITATIBUS.
Here is my attempt :
Since Vanar suffered from the balance patch, i decided to make a support card for them.
I rarely visit forums, so i don’t know if this idea has been submitted before (Let me know if it is).
Note * :
Unaffected by enemy spells mean it cannot be affected by any spell effect including non targeting spells.
E.g : your opponent cast Rebuke/Frostburn/Ghost lightning/etc, your vespyrs are not affected.
Targetting spells could still target the vespyrs, but no effect.
Yes, it is strong. But for vespyr only and there are minions that could answer the threat.
Paragon, Makantor, Sandswirl Reader, etc.
Also it is 7 mana to make it a little bit slower, but not super slow since Vanar have mana ramp tools.
*Edit the note.
Fixed my Floccinaucinihilipilificative entry:
A Magmar artifact.
In case the Magmar General is Provoked, it can only move onto the Provoker.
I love it, it feels so Magmar!
I don’t know exactly what this word means, but I chose : FLOCCINAUCINIHILIPILIFICATION
and this is my card :
This means that if you use this card once, your opponent can hold only five cards.
(The rightmost space of the opponent’s action bar will be disappear, and the card that was there will be burned.
You may use this card more than six times in one game, but the space of the opponent’s action bar does not fall below one.)
It has heavy cost but can give a big penalty to the opponent. I think starhorn is good for use.
Sorry, I’m a day late on the poll… I was too busy playing Secret Hitler from 6:00 PM yesterday to 3:00 AM this morning.
Vote to forgive me:
And here’s the poll you’ve all been forgetting to wait for:
- Phantom Blade
- Ironcliffe Marauder
- Winter Oak
- Titan Strider
Secret Hitler. Good stuff.
I’ve come across “honorificabilitudinitatibus” in real life before - it’s the
last word in David Langford’s Logrolling Ephesus (a very short work).
