What to create with these spirits?

So I have collected decent amount of rare, epic and legendary cards and I don’t know which I have to disenchant and create with these. What deck do I need to focus on especially when it comes to the ladder and the meta? Any suggestions? I need a “create - disenchant” guide for every faction. TIA!
