What I am doing wrong with this deck?

Hi guys, I want to make a competitive deck to climb the ladder, I am silver 11 right now, I win and I lose but I cant get, dunno how to explain it, like, consistency in my deck.

What am I doing wrong? what would you suggest me to do?

I do not have lots of cards, so try giving some budget and non budget advice if possible!

Thanks in advance.

Toss out Repulsor, Gore Horn, Scarlet Viper. You need 3 more 2 drops so you don’t skip your opener. Might want more draw in Jammers or that 1/5.

Are you sure? I find repulsor beast amazing to set up backstabs…other than that perhaps overlaps juxta and MDS purpouse.

What do you suggest to include in those slots?

Switch out Mizuchi for Mind Cage Oni, you really need card draw and that’s probably the most efficient low cost card draw for Songhai. Kick the Gorehorn for another KI Beholder. Cut a Repulsor and the 2 Vipers for another 2 drop, Primus or Healing Mystic would be best. Otherwise the deck looks ok.

If your looking for something to build towards, this would be it

What everyone said and 3 scroll bandits.

Between MDS, Jux and BBS you should have more than enough movement, as long as you position properly. You could really use Mind Cage Oni or Fox, but most importantly you need to fill out your 2 drop slot.

It’s important to remember Kaleos isn’t usually an easy deck to play, so if you’re still having issues you might need to switch up your game.

I’m surprised no one mentioned it yet, but Onyx Bear Seal. A little hard removal can go a long way. I would sub out Scarlet Vipers for the seals.

However, while I think OBS will not fall out of favour, I don’t recommend crafting anything until after the new expansion drops on November 14.

I’d have to say scroll bandit imo is one of the best cards last expansion. You can get rid of that gore horn and one Zeno… I’d probably have 2 repulsar. Get rid of Kai do replace with scroll bandit and get some form of draw.

Take out Scarlet Viper, it was more viable in an era where Inner Focus used to be 0 mana.

As @baharoth, Primus fists are good, I wouldn’t do healing mystic for this deck personally though.

Any other difficulties, consider more range. Sticking in more range allows opponents to have to come forward to address them, which assists in making room for backstab minions to get behind your opponent.

Either go 2 or 3 gore horn, or none. 1 is kind of awkward.
