I justed wanted to find out the factions favoured by the Duelysts that were hardcore enough to join the forum. Mine is Magmar aspects because of how satisfying it feels to have the powerful minions decimate an opponent.
What faction is your favourite and why?
Vanar. At first I was told it was the “control” faction, which it does pretty well at controlling the board, removing threats I don’t want and pretty good at controlling the pace of the game. Not to mention the ice theme is pretty sweet, and it has Snowchaser, so I mean. It has Snowchaser, 'nuff said.

Vanar, because she is from North, also Faei looks like to Sansa 
Lyonar because I’m a terrible human being who likes seeing players cry as I toss a 10 HP provoke on their head turn after turn only to be DB’d and have a match stolen from them right before their own eyes.

I don’t think I have one yet. I started off with budget aggromag, then switched to aggro vet as my first actual deck and now I’m mostly playing faie mech. It’s more about the decks themselves that I enjoy rather than the factions. But I guess if I had to choose, I’d go with vet. Maybe it’s because I like rooting for the underdogs. Plus you know, Sajj.
Sajj is awesome. But what about the poop dervishes?
Magmar.I was here since the god old Mana-Burn and always loved all the removal in magmar.But i always miss the old Spiritharvester and Vindicator…i hope we can some units and spells in magmar tht are iconic.
I mean…there are alot of spells in magamr that are rendom and no one use them…wich seems weird to me.

Kinda…it feels right on your side but not the side that takes it. Well Taygete made Magamr viable this month and i hope they dont throw magamr down to Vetruvian again.
BTW Reaper is just stupid because its a zenrui that is rendom…and THATS toxic…i mean Zen’rui is stupid enough but stealing soemthing redom that can be well over 2 attack and wich isnt spawned yet?!

More like, to quote anyone who knew the state of magmar before they got taygete. Card is strong but there’s plenty of ways to deal with it. Taygete honestly has to be the most overrated card ever released.

Neutral is underrated. I love these guys, so versatile and can come up with different synnergies depending on which faction you couple them with.
For one of the six main factions tho, I’d choose Abyssian for their amazing control options.

Songhai all the way… it is the most versatile faction and the hardest to play.
