Titan would be banned of course, but then what? Would this be a fun format for you guys?
(When I say no spells, I mean none in your decklist. You can use lantern fox or something)

titan is banned, but even then I think it will be basically a lyonar only show. I would still be up for it as it sounds like fun, reminds me of duelyst+1 that someone tried to make a thing and then stopped after 1 tournament.

I’m thinking of also cutting out all the mythrons just so that wanderer, ox, and strategos don’t dominate.

Mono Obylisk decks crushing the entire event due to zero removal. Doesn’t exactly sound like a fun format.

It sounds like it would be interesting, although the lack of removal aside from Dispell and Repulsor Beast will probably lean the tournament in Lyonar’s favor even with Titan banned. Although Magmar will also be very good with all their beefy minions and Abyss would have BMP who would be a pain to deal with so maybe it will be OK.
Also I assume Artifacts are allowed?

As I put in Loliconartist’s topic, I feel forcing such a theme would limit deck creation too much. Everyone is going to build the same basic decks based around the best possible minions that help balance having less removal (since spells are the primary source of removal).

We will see a lot of Thunderhorn, EMP as well as Ranged and Flying units. There will also be a lot of decks that use Minions that either produce or empower spells. Geomancer, Crypto and Mentor come to mind. Strategies that need good removal to be stopped like Mechazor, Bloodpriest swarm or Shidai Arcanysts also seem decent.
