Is it me, or does a lot of the of the Duelyst cards sound like Metal Bands?
Just to name a few:
- Sunbreaker
- Holy Immolation
- Crimson coil
- Heaven’s Eclipse
- Spinecleaver
- Incinera
- (pretty much every Abyssian card)
- Plasma Storm
- Night Howler
- Wailing Overdrive
- Bonereaper
- The High Hand
- (all of Kron’s prisoners)
Seriously, if anyone wants to start a metal band, just pick a Duelyst card and name your band after that! Also, there are a few other band names scattered amoungst the Duelyst cards:
New-age Bands:
- Inner Oasis
- Four Winds Magi
- Koan of Horns
- Aymara Healer

Id say a lot of lyonar is exempt from that generalization. Grandmaster zir, silverguard knight/squire, ironcliff gaurdian, sundrop elixer. Not really metal names. Maybe gospel or something.

I beg to differ, I think _Iron_cliffe Guardian is pretty metal.
There’s a lot in Lyonar that is band name material, but I do agree it’s less metal. Tempest is an actual band from the 80’s. Acording to Google, Martyrdom actually is a metal “music group”. Second Sun is a dance/electronic “music group.”
There’s probably more, funny enough. I’m not going to check 'em all though.

Memes have changed. They’re no longer about Duelyst. It’s an endless series of nonsense. Their consumption of our life is no longer well oiled. We used to have regular memers, but they have disappeared. Now we have nanomachines inside our computers that create them. Image editing. Text based memes. Everything is monitored and decided by the nanomachines. Memes have changed. The age of memes has become the age of nonsense. All in the name of us having discussions. And he who controls the discussion, controls the thread. Memes have changed. When the thread no longer avoids discussion, memes… Become scarce.
