Ok I found the simulation!

If you want to know how they did it, just search “LIGO” on your search engine of choice. The TLDR version is that the gravity waves from the black holes slightly changed the path of a laser and those changes were measured.

I can think of a plausible explanation for this:

  • The train is taking people back from Comic con
  • The tentacles are for a couple of… tentacle anime… fans
  • The pie is actually filled with red jelly and melted candy, which is why it is so sticky
  • The blind man reading the paper cosplayed the character Daredevil
  • The hand on the washroom door was made when someone went into the washroom to wash red body paint for a costume off
  • The skull in the coffee was poured there by the drinker, who is an artist
  • The 15 cost coffee is because everything near conventions are expensive

Or maybe I’m just crazy and this is some eldritch horror stuff.

She didn’t quite get the programs you suggested installed…so she instead put her fingerprint as the security lock!
