Unexpected Result

TLDWatch: Opponent played Gust (3/5 Blood Surge: Summon 2 wind dervishes nearby). I thought I had a clever way to seal the win (was my only way I saw, so wasn’t trying to be fancy). I used Mindlathe (3/3), attacked opposing general, (3/1), used Maehv’s BBS to sacrifice it expecting 2 wind dervishes to finish off last 3 hp. None appeared :frowning:

Will admit, a little bitter. :frowning:

So the BBS kills first before the Blood Surge becomes active.
