One of the worst cards so far? At 8 mana you want to close the game, not stall it longer. and just in case you need it, Concealing Shroud is much cheaper. Yes, this stays on board in principle, but do you think so?

Yeah it’s a very meta dependent card and you’re right about it being situational.
This is a more expensive Grove Lion in a faction with Shroud, Deathgrip be damned, for all intents and purposes what we have here is a dud.

It is not a Panddo. Generals can still attack, this won’t stop Vaath from bashing your face in. And counterattacks also hurt.
How does this work with battle pets? Will they move towards your general and won’t attack or they choose completely different target?

Wouldn’t be surprised to see a cute 2/2 3drop Patron for vanar that prevents your opp from using spells their next turn.
I think the card won’t really see any play because it comes at a time where you want to finish the game and not try to stall longer.

What about those decks that have no win condition outside warbird, those would like elvis
And lets say its a ramp deck with a lot of late game cards and you need to survive until you can combo emblas wake.
While not very good decks they could make some frustrating times for all
I was think of something like that and that’s what i see happening stick the lore guys (Master and Weaver).Add in bunch of stall like Corona,Concealing shroud,Matron Eleviti.Use warbird as your win secondary win condition with something a little bit more reliable as your main win con.

For minion heavy deck it forces a answer in order for you to win… It’s cost is high for a reason stalls are great with faie. I’m sure someone asked but does th is count counter attacks as well.
