Nah. I have no faith in the next expansion and just expect a burst meta, which is just a card game. I’d prefer a board game or card game though so soon enough I very much expect I’ll completely lose interest in Duelyst.

Like denadoro for example is a card that can push lethal. Morin khur now too. Mantra. There’s already “good” burst potential. I expect the next expansion to kick this up.

denadoro also requires you to have a board, and doesn’t add anything itself just make the other’s effects active mire often.

Same thing with morin khur, and yet it sets up nasty lethals.

the difference is, morin khur doesnt require set up for burst.

You have to have the eggs. How you gonna hatch with no eggs? And egg minions don’t summon as eggs (save Ragnora bbs) so you need eggs on board to get the reactivation damage

Chrysalis burst and valknu tho. Morin khur is only burst with bbs tho, cause it’s completely out of hand.

Morin Khur comboes are completely out of hand. The only requirement is that you stand close to the enemy general ( or any enemy if they’re low). Denadora on the other hand requires you to have a rhyno set up in able to use the combo.

Doesn’t Morin Khur hatch eggs? So out of hand you have to summon eggs? Or be Ragnora (because of the ease of value from this bbs). And either way, I don’t think it goes to disprove my point about burst?

Oh the morin khur combo only works with Ragnora, you have to have his BBS (I guess that’s a requirement too). And yes this doesn’t disprove your point about burst, I just felt the need to point this out.

And for anyone wondernig, the full Ragnora combo is:
Play your BBS egg (somewhat) near to the enemy general -> Equip Morin Khur and punch the enemy general -> Greater fortitude the ripper and go face two times.
7 mana 15 damage two card combo.

Just sick. Can’t stand this Magmar general one bit. Luckily haven’t played Shidai but from watching I don’t think I will enjoy it at all.

Here’s a thought: If Kaleos is a Tiger and Reva is a Dragon, what is Shidai?

I thought Kaleos was a Panddo?
Reva can still be the mist dragon (women are good at distance teleporting while men are good at close up, no)
Doesnt that leave Shidai as the Tiger or deathstrike? (assuming they all know how to use a specific seal)
