Also, when will Vanar get homeside support. It’s just so sad to see infiltrate get cucked by literally only avalanche to worry about and no other spells or effects.

I mean I was playing a faie. I was in her far corner for my last 3 turns. Literally had nothing. Crossing in her own side would have played into plasma storm, and her icebreak, lightning blitz and spirit did not give her enough reach. I got hit by avalanche once. Made me feel bad for the whole archetype like is it not always that easy to play around?

Of course, if CPG gives more support to Infiltrate, players will definitely stop playing Chromatic Cold, Aspect Ravager, Shimzar+Thunderhorn, Luminous Charge …
… of course they won’t, they will just take the best of all “archetypes”.

It’s like asking for Egg support, Magmar is strong enough these days and it won’t make Makantor, Lavaslasher, NatSel etc disappear.

Asking for egg support has nothing to do with wanting Makantor or w/e to disappear and everything to do with just wanting the archetype to become a valid, fun alternative.
I play for fun, not to win, and I want Eggs. Your analogy/reasoning doesn’t make much sense imo.
And at least for me personally, I like to play all archetypes, all possible deck ideas. So yes, if there’s more to choose from then by default (since Duelyst has at least 1 player like me) there will be less decks played with specific other cards.
