Exactly. Mind you, if he does have your back I suggest calling 911 with the last, fleeting moments of your life. You should report the theft (assault?) and seek immediate medical attention, should it still be possible to save your life.
@isgopet, I was not intending to quote him directly in my text (hence why I repeated the phrase on my post). I was, however, using the grammatically correct version of the idiom in my post.
Edit: Upon further investigation, it would seem it is not actually incorrect to say “I got” as opposed to “I’ve got.” Simply preference, I suppose?
