the basic idea is to flood the board with your BBS
the nightsorrow is there pre-emptivly against structures which this deck has little removal against.

i am curious if a copy of a BBS discounted by sanguinar would be 0 mana in hand

I have always wanted to try a swarm abyss, but I think everyone is right when they say swarm is dead with all the techs against it. Unless this is a meme deck in which case…carry on.

i figure if im gonna be spamming crypto as much as possible i might as well make it cheaper

Compare it to pretty much any other 4 drop in the game and you’ll see how bad it is. Every single playable 4 drop has a better body and effect. I’ve had some fun memes with Sanguinar though, but it would be borderline playable if it also effected copies of your bbs, or made your bbs cost 0 instead of one less.

I’ve had a remotely playable meme deck for a month or so with Sanguinar, Crypto and some other lolzies. With Mentor, it might actually turn out to be pretty ok. I’ll see If I’ll get the motivation to continue Dark Memes, then I’ll post it there. T1 Crypto into T2 Sanguinar + bbs is a surprisingly nice play.
