Depends. Is there any preorder bonus stuff that is any good? Is it cheaper to preorder? Can you refund the game if it turns out to be bad or broken on launch?

If there is no preorder bonus stuff that is worth having and no discounts to preordering, then you might as well wait until post launch when any potential bugs or issues have been fixed after a few days. Or if you are really patience just wait until sale or discount happens for the game and buy it when it is cheaper.
