Might I recommend a different anime than those listed? I daresay the anime Berserk has all of those things and the ending might contain some…disturbing content.

This seems like a conversation @loliconartist might want to hear…
For me, the reason anime got so popular is because a bunch of nerds in Japan got tired of their stupid education system and wanted to escape to 2d world. So the dude who made astroid boy had a huge boner for Scrooge Mcduck and decided to make a little boy fly around with Scrooge Mcduck eyes. And since big eyes add 20 hypnosis points every time they appear on screen, that’s like 20000 hypnosis points and everyone got a boner for Scrooge Mcduck. Flash forward to today, he anime industry is a hot mess and I’m still waiting for Scrooge Mcduck to get his own show without huey dewy and luey

I have been watching this quitly in the background.
My opinion on the matter is that anime is just a style of animation popular in japanese culture and distinctly different than animation styles of western television and media
The line where anime blurs is stuff such as avatar the last airbender and other similar shows. It is western produced and carries its own unique cultures in its world unlike western or eastern culture. My arguement is many people define anime differently. Some attribute it to having oversaturated values and customs of eastern culture. Others simply atribute it to the animation style that has become the normal.
I say if it fits the animation style, its anime.
Western Cartoons dont look like anime, so they are called cartoons. Anime looks like anime, so I call em anime
Also @halcyon98 I wouldnt say it intentionally diverges from norms. It just ended up that way. People liked the style of animation so everyone started making animated shows in that style. Anything that looks like anime to me can be called anime. There is no working definition, and eventhe widely accepted “its japanese animation” doesnt work for stuff like avatar, and I anime got a defenition because it became the most popular way of creating animated series in japan. This is why I credit the animation style with defining the name.

Seriously, though, like I said in my post before, I 'm trying to get things sorted out in my life because I want to actually do something with it, its like a Dragon’s Dogma save slot. And before, it was not just the forums, but also Discord and Youtube. Spending entire days straight just clicking the next thing and the next. It was like being in a coma and the days just flew by.
Hopefully, now I can start to manage myself better and fix everything that my excessive time on the internet destroyed.
I won’t leave the forums, but I won’t be here as frequent and I will have to block some threads to remove the temptation and not waste my time. Does this make sense to anybody or am I crazy?

No I totally get you man. Internet is an addiction. I get stuck to games easily while working, so I just play the games ALOT until im bored of it. But your way is the healthier one.

Today I finally achieved the goal of an intensified x10 Knucklestorm (ok, I only played an intensified x9 Knucklestorm because I ran out of mana but I had the intensified 10x one in my hand).
I actually feel bad for pulling it off against the guy who played a 5 mana Astral Crusader against me
