Wanted to try out Neverwinter a few years ago. But I played D&D Online before it and I didn’t enjoy that game. Since Neverwinter was based on D&D, I decided not to play it.

Plan to do it one day…but pillars of eternity and baldurs gate first
Currently put that on a pause and insted actively play a dungeon rpg
because crpg can be so tiresome to play sometimes

Don,t get me wrong…ive come to appreciate good storys.But when i play pillars 2 and walk 2-3 hours through nekataka without any serious combat encounter i realy get annoyed

As for me, mid Diamond seems to be my rightful place, maybe cause I don’t meme too hard, my decks are usually a compromise between memeness and viability. I never specifically climb there, I just somehow reach Dia 2-3 somewhere in the middle of the month.
I guess that’s a proper way of playing. Just play what you like and reach division you should be in. It happens to be S sometimes at the end of the month, but I’m not ready to call myself an S-Ranker. I’m a proud diamond scrub.

I grind to Diamond hard in like 3 hours, then quit for the rest of the month.

I tried playing it on a friend’s pc, just completed some side quests coz I don’t own the game lol

if the last expansive dlc for poe2 will be great, i’ll consider getting all the three big dlcs
otherwise i’m fine just completing the base game
got The Witcher real cheap from gog, i’ll play it next if my laptop can still run it

If you’re speaking of original Witcher, it can even run on an iron.

For those of you who have played DRPG:does the genre generally have this what i perceive as ,problem,?:that you repeat the same tactics vs allmost everything?
vs trashmobs:spamm AOE with your fast characters to end the fight before most monsters can even act
vs bosses:let your dps spamm their 1 sngletargetspell,let the tank spamm cover/defender/shieldwall/whatever its called,let your support debuff the boss,buff your party and heal inbetween,
Mary skelter started awesome but im getting tired by nothing changing up…no new enemys who require unique strats,no new unique spells(just the same i had at the start but now it deals more damage)
I wonder if its the games fault or if DRPG usualy always end like that
