Stormbound is duelyst if it was still a baby in development but a mobile game. It has a board and replace.
Closest thing I have found to duelyst, I think its some lit tactics

I would rather do other things, even then I have games with higher priorities on my “I will get around to them soon™.” list, I find it hard to stick through your standard JRPG.
