I made this deck a little while ago, and while sometimes it works quite nicely, there are other times where it feels like it lacks ‘something’ and I’m not quite sure what. Would appreciate some help with it.
Suggestions for a Silver Vanar Deck
Seems decent to me, but from a first look, seems you hesitate between Aggro and Control.
Skorn+Gravity Well is “anti-synergic”, I guess it’s to inflitrate Snowchaser ? But they may be killed by your Skorn.
If you want to stall the game in order to get some late threats (RazoJax) maybe you could replace these Wells with some Concealing Shrouds or Corona. Also maybe add another big win condition like Meltdown.
Looks like you also have enough draw with 2xSojourner and 3xL’Kian, could be an occasion to replace with something else. You should decide to go really Aggro or Control because this is a weird Mid-Range.
Considering what you aim at, you may want to look at cards like : Tigers, Warlocks, or good’ol CCloacker.
Sounds like a good idea to me, but something I probably should have made clear is that i do not have access to any RoB cards, so they are not an option for me.
Oh, also, with cheap common cards, you can go MechaVanar.
Sure it’s cheesy, but it works, at least in Silver/Gold up to Diamond.

Dirt Cheap Vanar deck with 2 RotBB card sets got me to gold.
Since you probably don’t have
-Meltdown
-Concealing Shroud
-Lightbender (cheap to craft if you’d like though)
You can consider replacing them with
-A high mana minion of your choosing (suggest having at least 2 of that card)
-Azure Heralds?
-Ephemeral Shroud?
-If you run my build, take Jax over Vale Hunter, trust me and you’ll start to understand why 
-Additionally, don’t forget Snowpiercers (or w/e artifact of your choosing)
Idk, just wanted to share as you can compare and choose. Again, this got me to gold, and pretty solidly too.
If you opt out of trying to replicate one similar to mine (again, it’s dirt cheap minus, though Concealing Shroud is pretty strong to have), I cancomment/critique about yourdeck:
-Too much card draw for a curve as large as yours. Remove Sojourner or L’Kian (could remove both potentially, but that’s more optional). Remove Necroseer for stronger cards if available.
-Azure Herald over Mystics, I doubt you heal your minions too often and Faie just needs to survive as long as possible to maximize her BBS damage, she’s a “timer” general.
-Optional to remove Primus Fists, I like Blood Tears and Flash Freeze because those and Skorn and Aspects leave such a flexibility of options towards ping-dmg distribution. Primus Fists works with your higher cards, but BTA works well for many things in general.
-Gravity Well. I know it’s a legendary but how well do you think it synergizes with your deck? Your own skorns remove them. Consider alternative cards.
Is this more along the lines of what you were thinking?
It’s better but still lack another wincon to me.
If your Jax got Skorn-ed/GhostLightning-ed/Frostburn-ed/PlasmaStorn-ed/Tempest-ed/Breath-ed etc, you’re stuck. Any big threat/combo would be nice to add (Draugar Lord, Arctic Displacer+Hearth-Sister, Pandora, Meltdown …), Meldown is the usual obvious because you can get value from it directly at 8mana +BBS.
