So uh, I never got my Elyx skin (Duelyst Melee)

So, Iā€™ve been checking my email frequently (I have to, with my job-) since I donated to the Duelyst Melee Season 1. The incentive I purchased was the Elyx skin, under the handle ā€œWynzermanā€ (my Twitch name.) I made sure that the Matcherino and Twitch accounts were linked to the same email that I check every day.

I mean to by no means, badmouth the structure of the Duelyst Melee tournament- but after sending a youtube message to f8d, I got absolutely no response. So Iā€™d like to know, what the best course of action would be, or if my donation is just out there in the aether, and I wonā€™t be able to claim the incentive. :frowning:

Throw in a direct message to JuveyD, the CPG Tournament Director, on the Duelyst Official or Tournament Discord - heā€™s in charge of the prizes/merch for Melee iirc.

I thought Pylons sent the codes out. At least he sent me mine.

He did - this is a recent development. Pylons is busy with other work, he might resume sending codes out if he returns in the meanwhile.

:smiley: Happy ending. Contacted Juvey, he just asked me to verify that I am who I say I am. I did, and he was kind of enough to give me the code. As usual, the half of the Duelyst community that isnā€™t busy making salty reddit posts is too busy making sure that everyone is having a good time.

He asked for a screenshot that proves the transaction. So I took a screen of my matcherino profile purchase history. Things luckily checked out :smiley:
