So uh, I never got my Elyx skin (Duelyst Melee)

So, I’ve been checking my email frequently (I have to, with my job-) since I donated to the Duelyst Melee Season 1. The incentive I purchased was the Elyx skin, under the handle “Wynzerman” (my Twitch name.) I made sure that the Matcherino and Twitch accounts were linked to the same email that I check every day.

I mean to by no means, badmouth the structure of the Duelyst Melee tournament- but after sending a youtube message to f8d, I got absolutely no response. So I’d like to know, what the best course of action would be, or if my donation is just out there in the aether, and I won’t be able to claim the incentive. :frowning:

Throw in a direct message to JuveyD, the CPG Tournament Director, on the Duelyst Official or Tournament Discord - he’s in charge of the prizes/merch for Melee iirc.

I thought Pylons sent the codes out. At least he sent me mine.

He did - this is a recent development. Pylons is busy with other work, he might resume sending codes out if he returns in the meanwhile.

:smiley: Happy ending. Contacted Juvey, he just asked me to verify that I am who I say I am. I did, and he was kind of enough to give me the code. As usual, the half of the Duelyst community that isn’t busy making salty reddit posts is too busy making sure that everyone is having a good time.

He asked for a screenshot that proves the transaction. So I took a screen of my matcherino profile purchase history. Things luckily checked out :smiley:
