Skin png/plist to gif image converter released

Hello steve,

I just compiled a standalone executable here:
png/plist to gif converter

How to use it:

  1. double click the .exe file
  2. enter your credit card number
  3. click send

Ok seriously :

  1. double click the .exe file
  2. Click the only one button there is on the window
  3. select either a png or plist file
  4. Gif is saved same place as the png or plist file

I am not sure it’s cross platform so you can give feedback if it doesn’t work.

Guys can you just tell me if it works at least ?
I want to see portability ( And tbh I don’t wanna install VMachine for that).

If it works maybe later I will make a nice Qt GUI and had lot of features.

Yes it works
I’m using windows 10

Throw some exception if the plist is not eligible for create a gif please

great work on the exe, it’s really usefull if you are trying to modify the plist

Yes I will code some exception later. That’s the boring step so I do it last xD which is not professional.

It’s not working for me. I click the button, select my png files and then it keeps saying things are missing.

You need the .png and .plist to be in same directory and they have same name.except extension ofc.

Worked just fine for me (MacOS) but some of them were a little weird.

Still really good work, congrats!

Plist???

Fifteen

Plist is the file next to the png in the directory, it dictates the animation movements.

@thefirstgokun I believe there is something to do with the type Indexed image or RVB. Try to change mode under gimp from indexed to RVB and export to png:

You should have this image:
