Sajj Dying Wish

Hi,
Was looking for some dying wish deck and made a list with Sajj

Dunno if it works, but can be viable? Or should i return to Abyssian dying wish?

Also, i think Oserix, auroras tears, autarchs gifts should just go, droplift as well, dunno bout time maelstrom, because you are not running main deck artifacts.

Vet dying wish doesn’t really work even as a meme, although Reliquarian is pretty powerful. Aurora’s Tears, Time Maelstrom, Autarch’s Gifts, Droplift and Rae have absolutely no place in this deck, and Gnasher is a very weak card outside of Maehv.

I recommend finding Reliquarian and Unseven (Unseven pulling an Oserix is incredibly good if you can pull it off, of course Aymara is great too)

Gnasher can be good if you run Arid unmaking. The Key to using Dying Wish is being able to sacrifice stuff.

I think he’s betting on Skippy. But can’t remember if Oserix equips artifacts from hand too, may need replace. Anyway, process is too complex to pull a decent combo, deck is for Frostfire matches I guess.

So unless you replace artifacts gained from Skippy the effect is useless.

Dying wish Vet has worked for me and got me to diamond back in March which was around the time of Arcanyst Vanar going to the top of the meta if I remember correctly or was the rise of some other terrible meta at the time.

This is the version I used back in March…

My latest/current version of the deck is different, removed Unseven and Primus Fist. Added Blood of Air and a 3rd Zephyr. It still works on ranked when I played it a bit last month when testing Skyppy in the deck, and when I’ve played a bit of Frostfire mode this month against meta decks that were there. You can experiment around to find places for more meta cards like Lost, Thunderhorn etc.

From my own experience of playing the deck, its about positioning, knowing that opponent’s removal against your minions isn’t always a bad thing but dispel usually is (but you can bring stuff back with Corpse Combustion), and sometimes throwing caution to the wind.

If you want to play a dying wish Sajj list, I would probably recommend something like this, although please keep in mind that I in no way suggest that you should build towards this, as I have not fully tested a deck like this out.

This list is based off of a list I received from the forums, which I have had a lot of fun using. In particular, I would really like to make room for ephemeral shroud in this list, and maybe azure Heralds

The idea is to combine reliquarian with strong dying wish minions like Aymara, Oserix, and Dioltas. I choose the golden package to give us a good option for ramp (celebrant) and draw (dream shaper), while unseven helps us ramp out our large dying wish minions to help combo with reliquarian. I run x2 ankh and x1 hexblade to guarantee value off of Oserix while giving us the opportunity to use an ankh earlier in the game. I like the addition of Skyppy in particular.
