Im S31 right now…if i wont play until seasonend,will i remain within the top50?
If not till which rank should i play to ensure it?(i dont want to grind back to the top50 within the last day where most pull out flawless vanar to reach the desired position at the end)

You might lose a few positions because other people pass you, but I don’t expect you to drop below #50 before the season ends if you don’t play. You can keep track of the ladder here:
From my admittedly limited experience with the top 50 you lose about 5 ranks per day by not playing. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes less. I would expect you to drop out of it by Monday night.
However, since CPG doesn’t even release the S-rank top 50s anymore since June or something like that, it’s worthless finishing in top 50 anyway. You won’t even be able to find out if you made the finish unless you keep pressing F5 on bagoum on the last day until the new season starts.
