Anyone else sad that Lurking Fear will no longer be a deck in Standard?

me too, but im more sad that creep is getting gutted with the removal of all its finishers alongside sphere of darkness and ooz (the one true battlepet)

The devs confirmed that the new exp. Will mainly(?) Consist of supporting the architypes that got gutted.
So creep, onyx move, and maybe vespyr will see a lot of cards.

Creep can be moved to interesting directions with new cards (like different replacements to its finishers), but LF is going to be very hard to replace without altering its power or decreasing its “funness”. I really hope Abyss dying wish archetypes get some interesting support.
(Also who’s with me to experiment on some DANK and op Shimzar+next expansion synergies in the hopefully-to-come unranked mode?)
Creep is coming back, but I’ll miss Lurking Fear. So fun to play with, even when it was only a meme
