As the title said i have a question about this two minion: if the Revenant attack Rae what effect triggers first? The Revenant do the damage or the damage effect is dispelled before???
I am thinking about this because i re-watch one of my match on duelyst and i see that if i had change the positioning of the Revenant and the effect works i could win the match…

you know this is actually a weird interaction. i had an 8 damage thunderhorn shooting through 3 enemies(dervish, rae, general) and it only did 16 damage instead of 24

Rev happens first as the is a dying wish effect which happens after it is destroyed.
If the interaction was say Tethermancer Vs. Spectral Revenant it would be the turn player’s effect goes off first.

Yep, it’s pretty clear.
- Attacker’s “when x attacks/deals damage” effect
- Same for the defender
- Dying wish effects

It’s not fanboying or whatever, in one of the extended versions they added the other dude shooting first.
