While there’s no official word on it as I know I have hope Duelyst will be the first CCG on Switch.
Reading something like this makes me fear a bit that others will be faster… 
- they’re talking about it at least. Which does not mean anything else that they are checking if there’s a market for it.

It would be hard to code an entire game onto a console for a company that has only made computer games, although bandai might be able to help with that.
Also we have like 3 people with a switch here

We all already play Duelyst.
So for me, personally, I would love a Swich version but I don’t need it. But I’m thinking about exploring new markets.

CCGs have their fanbase. I think it could be successful when being the first on the console. Would be harder when HS would be first.

I also have a switch, I’m sure most of us have one just are not talking about it.

Think about it, if I had a switch why would I be talking to you guys instead of playing Legend of Zelda living off only doritos and mountain dew for the next century, hmmmmm?

Because as good as the new Legend of Zelda is, it wasn’t good enough for me to play more than 2 months. It’s a great game, but personally I find it highly overrated.
That being said, the challenge of making games for Nintendo isn’t just coding it, but getting it approved by Nintnedo in the first place. This is especially true for games that have micro-transactions.

How’s the rest of the game roster of switch? I’d really like to get more than 2-4 months of playtime if I’m buying a console.
You’re talking of the old times - I think. From all what you can read about the processes for the Switch it seems that Nintendo changed a lot - I mean a LOT - to the better.
It’s excellent from my point of view! And I don’t mean Zelda. I’m most probably the only person on this planet with a Switch but without Zelda in the sortiment.
I don’t know your preferences - so it’s hard to be more precise.
I’m not very picky when it comes to what kind of games tbh. I’d play any game from any genre.
What I do hate are synthetic game lengtheners: forcing you to do the same thing over and over. stronger enemies that’s basically a recolor of a previous one. free to play MMOs basically. Those don’t seem to be in switch tho so it’s all good
