well if were going by the other grandmasters it would be something unorthodox, maybe it has something like
"teleports to a space nearby the enemy general on your turn"
would make him kinda like a wind derivish.
For it’s sake I hope it’s not its effect, not only does it suck but it clashes with the other Grandmaster that have very powerful and unique effects.

More like the Grand Master has flying and spaces around him count as like around your general.
