In my opinion you have way too many spells, and too much removal in particular. Since you have Punish for hard removal, you shouldn’t need Dark Transformation.

You should also look for 3 different minions in the 1-2 mana slot to have 3x of in every deck you build, so that you have a good chance of finding an opening play every game. Cryptographer, Zyx or Phantasm are your best bet (Lilithe has issues finding good 2 drops).

Solus is trash tbh. I’d cut it for Shiro Puppydragon, as it’s an early game drop that can contest the mana tiles and buffs up your swarm.

Also Dark Transformation in 2017 LUL. Maybe add Deathfire Crescendo or Soul Grimwar for an alternate finisher. Maybe cut Shadowdancer for Revenant.

I reploaded my next try of an budget swarm deck. Let’s see what you say, I tried to build it with your tips no solus no transmutation, still spellheavy maybe you have some small creeps to switch out with spells i didn’t see while i research.
