As far as I know there hasn’t been a maintenance/update for a long time. Usually we get updates every few months, but it feels like its been twice as long now. Also, the rumor going around saying that Duelyst is dead supposedly because someone reference a trusted person associated to CP that there is no more updates. For that reason I took a long break in this game and only came back to the forums to see any potential updates. Well there is a new maintenance on payment. I understand it has nothing to do with actual gameplay, balancing patches, or hinting at a new expansion. But since CP is going out of their way to make a maintenance means something. Either it be a stepping stone for additional updates for the future (meaning the game will develop even further) or the rumors are proven to be correct. I am both excited/nervous. What do you think?

I think we’ll stop preparing to the grave prematurely and just wait and see.
