Well, it’s almost the end of spoiler season, and still we know nothing of new game modes where we could presumably use all cards, even the rotated ones.
I become nervous. I’m starting to assume if those game modes were satisfactory CPG won’t be hesitating to present them. I don’t want a quarter of my collection to be invalidated.
Not that I really suspect something ugly, no. But I’m getting nervous.
Am I the only one?
No. New game mode will come for sure. Trust me 
I honestly feel the same. I really wanted some amount of time to learn about the new game mode(s) or hype around it before the expansion lands, since that’s supposedly when we’re losing the cards that would theoretically be usable in the new game types. But instead we’re left with silence while there’s less than a week until the expansion lands.
The silence is turning into ominous foreboding.
Honestly, considering what a hot-button topic the rotation has been you’d think CPG would take an early opportunity to ease their player’s worries.
I think they are letting us digest all of these changes slowly. Increasing the hype of new announcements when they come out.
Maybe that is the correct tactical desicion buisinesswise. Everybody is cheerful about new cards and stuff, and joking what should or should not be rotated.
Still, I feel uneasy.
Frankly this is par for the course. did we know anything about frostfire before it came out? How much did they tell us about rift beforehand? I expect them to tell us like 1-2 days before release and give us practically no details
Well, with all due respect rotation should not be compared to frostfire.
i’m gonna call it. there isn’t gonna be one on release, but it’s gonna be released months after the next expansion.
Basically this; we’ve had news about game modes locked in for a while now but it’s such a small detail compared to showing off new cards and having everyone hyped about the upcoming potential that it would detract from spoiler season.
News about game modes will be in the patch notes so you’ll have something “new” to read.

I totally second that. I’m more excited about a new casual Game Mode (or re-enabling old Rift and/or Frostfire) than incoming expansion.
I dunno about everyone else, but for me, a game mode is many times more exciting and impactful on how I play than new cards. But hey, as long as I know we will be getting a new one I’m fine to sit back and enjoy the fireworks.
New game mode will be there finale announcement. Can’t wait, because it’s right around the corner! Next week!

if it’s a small detail then i guess it only means they’ll be making a simple,vanilla, casual mode
