New boss hype? Spellbinder variant?

What do you guys think of the new upcoming boss? The boss seems to be a recolored arcanyst spellbinder, which makes me think it’ll have some effect on spells such as spell copying, price increase, heal on spell, or something like that. In this way, swarm Lilith and pseudo rush Magmar feel like they’ll work. What do you guys think?

My guess is that all of your spells will cost 2 or so more (not including Bloodborne spells), similar to how Spellbinder works in-game. It’ll probably be something more elaborate, because with Umbra and its counterpart, they both revolve around you playing minions, yet one benefits your minions while the other copies them. At the very least it will be an effect that either hinders or benefits from your spells.

Maybe the boss will have a Manaforger assistant, just like the Umbra boss had Bastion.

What if it literally copies your bloodborn spell and amplifies it’s effect for 2 mana
Argeon : +4 atk, general +1atk
Zir’an : heal3 to all friendly minions and general, general gains atk by x. x is the number of minions and generals healed by this spell
Kaleos : Move a minion everywhere and give it Backstab: +1atk
Reva : summon heartseeker for each unoccupied corner and give a friendly minion Ranged
Zirix : summon 2 iron dervish, put a Scion’s First Wish into the hand and change it’s cost to 0
Sajj : general deals double damage to minions, gains +2atk and negates all damage taken this turn, +1general atk(this one is permanent)
Lilithe : summon 4 wraithling near your general, all wraithling gains Deathwatch: gain +1/+1
Cassyva : deal 2 damage to a 2x2 aoe, if killed, spawn shadow creep to all spaces nearby (and the space itself) and give all shadow creep +1atk
Vaath : general gains Grow: +1/+2 (stacks), heal 5 to general
Starhorn : draw a card and reduce it’s mana cost by 3
Faie : deal2 damage to all enemies
Kara : All minions summoned this turn gains +1/+1, gain mana orb equal to minions summoned this turn, lower all minion cost in hand by 1 for this turn.

If the boss hasn’t changed, I just boost the enemy boss to 32 attack and play Eclipse next to it. It will attack Eclipse and die. The AI is generally not very bright, so it will munch wraithlings all day. I can keep my general out of harm’s way.

It would be nice if the boss has the blue conjurer’s effect and the deck is made of 40 spells
