My vetruvian control-ish obelysk deck


###Something to know :
I made this deck ages ago and because of my “play 4 vetruvian games” quest , I played the faction again . I ended up tweaking this deck a LOT , that up is the new version . (used to have a lot of memes in it)

##Rashas curse :
it synergyzes really good with dune caster and fireblaze obelisk , gives reach if you need it and helps getting those 2/3 last damage off for lethal

##2n wish :
its just a good buff if you want to make a good trade or just deal extra damage to the enemy general without getting your minion hurt

##inner oasis :
this is the bread and butter of the deck , it replaces itself , it makes all the really fast dying cards like : sunset paragon , orb weaver , dune caster and poop dervish live longer . without it I probably would have lost both of my last games .

##Entropic Decay :
this is part of the control part of the deck . its a solid removal in my opinion , the problem is that you have stay close with your general , which is quite hard sometimes

##Stars Fury :
this in combination with fireblaze obelisk will most of the times be your lethal , but its an amazing comeback if the enemy has positioned himself poorly or because they tried to position himself out of a line because starfire scarab is on the board

##Dominate will :
this is a good removal and can bring back entire games sometimes , but it too has the downside that entropic decay has ;_;[/details]

##Dune caster :
you probably get why this is in an obelisk deck . it itself is a dervish , it gives all your wind dervishes Immortality (kinda) and buffs your poop dervish

##etheral obelisk :
its one of your turn 1 two drops , it gets good value after multiple turns , but its weak against dispell like against empheral shroud , if that happens , it just end up being random body that cant do anything

##Healing mystic / Primus fist :
2 normal solid 2 drops

##Fireblaze obelisk :
the best obelisk that you can get (we only have 3 though ;_:wink: , most of your lethals will be because this is on the board . it gives you another damage for every summoned dervish from stars fury , lets your 2 damage dervishes give the ability to trade with 2 drops , ect ect…

##Orb weaver :
I’m not 100% sure about keeping this one , a 2/2 body for 3 is weak , even if you get 2 . but it lets you get more value out of inner oasis and fireblaze obelisk , sooo… there’s that

##Sworn Sisterl’kian :
this decks main card draw mechanic , But im still not sure if I should keep it . sojourner , spell jammer and blaze hound are good competition

##Wind Shrike :
I havent really gotten to play this card a lot . but it doesnt sound bad . Replaces it self , deals “some damage” , is pretty good with 2n wish and inner oasis and gives reach

##Starfire Scarab :
really helps with displacing the enemy for a good stars fury , gets enormous with a inner oasis or second wish and is a good body

##Sunset Paragon :
Surprisingly GOOD in an obelisk deck , you dont always need to summon it with moving your general to a certain space , because if you summon it near an obelisk it just deals 0 damage to the obelisk

I think this gets really underrated , it gives your general 3 damage and lets you remove anything below 5 hp without getting your general hurt a lot . its like the adopted brother of Arclyte Regalia[/details]

Note :

I Havent tested this deck out a lot , Its more of a “base” for the deck that im going to make after shim’zar comes out . currently have won 3 out of 4 games in diamond with it . But in NO WAY is that a lot of testing . the wins maybe happen because of my luck or the enemies un-luckiness , who the duck knows ¯_(ツ)_/¯ .but this deck definitely was fun playing :smiley:

I think Zenrui would be a good card to include. Really good against Lantern Fox and Keilano, both of which are cards that the factions depend on heavily. Not really sure what you would want to take out though.

I am saving your deck right now so I can try it next time I get a Vet quest. I mained vet when I first started playing, but I have pretty much dropped them. Can’t wait for the expansion to drop, I hope and I believe that it makes Vet a little bit stronger overall.
