Monstrous opening turns

I have a fun idea, Lets start up a thread celebrating those one-in-a-million turns. The ones that very politely ask the opponent if they would like to surrender now, or spend the next few turns floundering desperately. Post pics if you have them, otherwise tell the tale of your “really big fish”

Note: Opening turn doesn’t necessarily mean the first turn. It does mean the first couple of turns though. Anything after your second turn is really pushing it.

i wish i had the screen caps(this happened ages ago), but i managed to get like 12 attack off a soul grimwar on turn 2 since my opponent didnt clear any of my wraithling swarm+ gloomchaser turn 1. he conceded on turn 3 after i smacked him

Got it maybe 3 times over the past 3 monthes as P1, next should be soon :wink:

Oh, I had one of those! Double Pax into Inner Oasis. Poor sucker didn’t stand a chance. Actually, it was tempo lyonar so I don’t even feel bad.

I got this a while back. Its pretty common with songhai I guess.
I used Katara first turn, then used I Mist Dragon Seal + 2x Obscuring Blow + 2x Inner Focus next turn.
The one obscuring blow came from a Xho.

Looking at this I instantly remember Grincherz’s turn 2 khymera ramp with 2 mechaz0r! instantly popping out (and a ghost wolf). Though turn2 lethal is just nasty.

i can’t remember if this was turn 2 or not but i’ll post it anyway since it was lethal instead of only an effective win

Edit: now that i’m watching this. i forgot how old it is. it’s got 5 health taygete, the egg change hadn’t happened yet, lilithe wasn’t top tier. i didn’t even realize

I know I’m a terrible player, but that doesn’t mean I deserve turn 2 lethal, right?

Magmar turn one 3 flash + Juggernaut. Just thinking about it makes me angry.

Here’s the T2 Khymera, for anyone interested. I think it takes the cake for me.

Seedy also pulled one of the most disgusting openers I’ve ever seen with triple Slo into War Surge.

I myself have pulled off some interesting things, mostly huge T1 swarm, but haven’t saved them. I think the most consistently actually good crazy openers are P1 Gravity Well into Crystal Cloaker or P2 Zyx Horror Burster.
