Kind of game breaking when you’re trying to make a dying wish deck. I don’t think it’s intended to work this way seeing as how every other dying wish interacts fine with her BBS.
Maehv's BBS does not work with Unseven

Sadly, this is one of the reasons why Unseven isn’t very good. Technically, Reaper of the Nine Moons has this problem too. Since both your BBS and the minion being sacrificed are trying to summon a new minion on the same spot, only one of them will work.
Note that Consuming Rebirth does the same thing with these minions.

Now think about how strong it’d be if it summoned on a different space. A 4/4 on top of the dying wish minion you get from unseven. Scary

I didn’t really it was Unsevenlyst. Thing is though logically it is expected that Maehv’s BBS and Unsevens effect would not work together based on them both summoning on the space of the minion.

On the other hand, Dark Transformation will help you if you opponent summoned Unseven or other resummoning minion, as Wraithling wouldn’t allow summoning.

Welcome to duelyst,This is already well known thing.Your minions summoned need a spot and if the spot is occupied the minion does not spawn.This is most common occurance is in Vet were some minion and deverish try to spawn in the same spot and gets cancel out. I have seen wraithling stop reaper of nine moons spawns as well.You can use this your advantage sometimes know where a minion will spawn like Dioltas tombstone. If you surround the enemy general and kill the dioltas no tombstone.
PS.You can sneakily get around consuming rebirth minion being overwritten by unseven by teleporting minion in the space away with ghost lynx or nethermeld.
