i’m sorry to say this but, what the actual fuck Duelyst?
happened to me 3 times already now.
first i got into a game when suddenly i got tipped in the middle of a game from somebody else i didn’t even fight.
turns out i got a loss in my profile.
kept happening again and again. it’s driving me nuts and preventing me from advancing from rank 3.
Hi, we are sorry to hear that. It is an issue we are actively working on. When this happened did you queue and then cancel and requeue at some point, or anything similar to that? We are trying to nail down exactly why this ends up happening.
the first 2 yes i cancelled to pick another deck and then re que.
but the other 2 nothing, i did nothing and just que. suddenly it hits a snag and i got a loss and i lost chevron.
if i add up all my lost chevron right now it’s 5, that’s how bad this is.
sorry to be mad at this, but it’s really triggering to lose when we aren’t given a chance to win.
All good at being frustrated, I completely get it and again we apologize for it.

I guess as you are aware of the issue I won’t make another topic, but describe what happened to me here.
Just had a weird situation while playing gauntlet. My score was 5/2. Queue was taking longer than usual so I clicked CANCEL, and clicked PLAY again to rejoin the queue, everything was going as usual, I got an opponent and got a quick win, but after winning (6th match) gauntlet run has just ended as 5 wins. As you can see on the screenshot I got a mysterious loss 1 minute prior to 6th fight that I have won.
So I guess that loss was caused by canceling the queue as for some reason game put me in that match and still let me queue for another one. I finished that 6th match at around 17:55 CET time (Sunday 12/02) if that helps you.
Please look into that issue as it ruined my whole gauntlet run and I got far less rewards as I was close to 7 wins and getting another run for free.

that’s exactly what happened to me, also now i understand why it is taboo in this community to cancel a match making once you clicked play.
