For that, youll have to rely on the Sojourner. Part of it can be mitigated by knowing what to and what not to mulligan at the start of a match.
I was referring to replacing one of each with 2 magnetize.
Hand size is managed by your card draw engines, Sojourner in this case. You can try Sworn Sister L’Kian (Get her by getting 3 of any six CORE neutral rares.) or Solarius (but its legendary) if you don’t like how Sojourner can be dispelled.

Any neutral rares, you need 3x of 6 different ones. Go to the Neutral section, type “Rare” and youll see all the options, Sojo is one of em, and so is Lightbender.
