Hi! I'm really looking forward to playing this game a ton!

Hey guys, I first learned about this game while watching Brian Kiblers’ video on YouTube. I tought it was pretty interesting so I thought I would check it out. Man o man was I surprised. I thought this game was a Hearthstone ripoff, but I was shocked to see that it was unique in its own way, and yet seems way more refined than Hearthstone desipite being a new game. So hyped to get good, and I’ll see you all in the forums <3

Hey there!

I am also somehow fascinated with Duelyst. I mean, I don’t always have that feeling, but here I just can’t wait to collect all the cards and be more competitive. And theorycrafting along with building custom decks is really enjoyable and stands in opposite to hearthstone where there are like few cancerous decks and others while being interesting just cannot compete. At least these are my initial thought of this game.

And yeah, reading forums makes me happy as community can be considered as one of the better ones.

You are dedinatly right about being able to actually use interesting decks to compete

When piloted well (and being decently made) any deck can get to gold, and likely diamond once you yourself are good enough…
Diamond to S rank is filled with “meta” decks and generally tryhard ladder grinding, but from what I hear S is original again too ^^

I have nothing against meta decks. I understand that there are stronger and weaker decks. What pisses me off are cancerous decks that doesn’t really require any skill and can pilot you to highest ranks. That’s why I can’t understand why it’s not unpopular opinion that balance isn’t good here. Or maybe I’m just not experienced enough, but so far I can see that only maybe Kara is somehow stronger, but hey - there are still counters to her.

Anyway, not to make offtopic - I completely felt in love with game, it’s graphics and uniqueness. Hopefully it will get more popular after more platforms releases.
