Please, use http://www.bagoum.com/deckbuilder for visual representation of your deck. It generates a picture that you can upload then.

I assume you don’t have much spirit. I’d say, that your deck has an OK spells to minions ratio. Just some quick thoughts:

-1 true strike (crap, and a 1-of => get rid of it)
-2 slo (crap)
-2 beam shock (complete crap)
-2 sunriser (you don’t heal much, it’s very inconsistent here)
+3 any decent 2-mana minion (you should have more than 6 to have more consistent T1P1 start. Healing mystic or primus fist could suffice)
+3 silverguard knight (it’s just good)
+1 diamond golem? (personally I prefer stormmetal anytime, even with bond)

GLHF!

First of all

Not enough Gingermayne. No wonder you need help, you need at least two Gingermayne units to have an A++ tier decklist.

Otherwise, just defer to @alplod’s suggestions. They’re solid and other than the Diamond Golem thing (I’d go with Brightmoss instead) are pretty much what everyone else is going to tell you.

Hey @abrahadabra, good to see someone looking to play Lyonar!

Here’s your deck in visual form:

I think you’re going to be best off doing three things:

  • Recognizing and including the beginner staples for Argeon
  • Focusing the deck towards a certain goal
  • Making the deck as consistent as possible for reaching that goal

There’s no harm in keeping things simple, especially with Argeon. Just playing strong things again and again wins plenty of matches! My suggestion looks like this:

You might need to craft:
+1 Sojourner
+2 Dancing Blades
+2 EMP

I don’t think Ironcliffe Monument is a great card, and not a great for this deck type in particular (sorry), but I can understand if you want to keep running it. Getting some more card draw and a source of dispel is probably going to help you out quite a bit, so that’s why I suggest getting a third Sojourner and two EMP. You could even run a few Blaze Hounds for a more immediate effect. I like Primus Shieldmaster over Suntide Maiden because the Provoke is more likely to help you more of the time (feel free to switch back if you disagree) and with Healing Mystic around you can afford to replace Circle of Life with Dancing Blades so you can keep up the aggression on the board. You should look at getting Trinity Oath and Arclyte Regalia over time (in that order). I tried to keep my changes very budget and tried to respect as much of your picks as I thought was reasonable.

Thanks for all the tips! I used them all. I appreciate the link to deckbuilder too. I named it Divine Constructs.

Here is my current. I dusted every other faction and inessential neutrals after a $25 purchase and this is the best I could do. I feel it is working well. People seem to have really liked Ironcliffe guardian in the past, which is why I put them in. The towers themselves are kind of funny but they are iffy. I will keep them in my collection but I took them out of the deck. This one is working well for me. I like the Diamond Golems because of Divine Bond and Lasting Judgement ( +3/-3 and HP=AS Boost,) that’s all.

Thanks for the welcome and I appreciate all the help.

Hi there. This version looks much more solid. Some additional advice:

Drop the two sky burials. They’re not good, too many situations where they don’t work. Replace them with any other removal. Martyrdoms, sun blooms, lasting judgements, dancing blades and Arclyte sentinels are all good cards that have some kind of removal effect. Martyrdom is the closest equivalent. You could also run repulsor beasts, sending an enemy to the most distant corner of the board can often get them out of the way for long enough for you to win.

Drop the diamond golems and one other thing, maybe a single primus shieldmaster, for three EMP’s. They’re one of the most powerful cards in the game. Bluntly speaking, they’re overpowered and need to be nerfed, but until that happens, abuse them. They’re a get-out-of-jail-free card stapled to an answer-or-die threat, just wait until your opponent has a minion or two out that really don’t want to be dispelled, then slam one of those monsters out and ruin their day. If the EMP’s still alive and can reach their general next turn, slap divine bond on it for the win.

Seriously, once you go EMP, you never go back. Until Counterplay nerfs them. Whenever that is.

Seriously, guys, it’s going on, what, three expansions since they showed up? Nerf plz.

Funnily enough I would keep that diamond golem, for the sole purpose of seeing those wonderful satisfying divine bond procs

@d5dr4k3 Memes before practicality, eh? We all have our priorities, I suppose.

@abrahadabra Don’t listen to him, diamond golems are weak cards and EMP’s are broken as crap, run three.

Also Argeon Gingermayne is amazing, I’m sorry it took me this long to notice, I was wondering where @mmf got that joke. Way to pay attention, me.
