I just logged in for the first time in a few months and saw that I’d been given a Frostfire crate. I opened it and it and got a Snow Rippler skin but when I checked my collection it wasn’t there. I tried logging out and back in again but it’s still not showing up.
I’m playing the Steam version on Windows 7.
