Generally it’s from the card’s lore or the Codex. But armory’s flavor text might include some hints of unreleased story, etc.

Edit2: God damn it, it still applies to the same multiple items. The answer is a faction card.

lets see, it has to be an artifact, and its probably one that doesnt directly increase the generals attack or block damage.
i guess it could be the ahnk, the lyonar glaive, or the mask that deals damage for spells
since it says inconsistent, but orderly i suppose its the mask
