Please don’t apologize for potentially offending or triggering people. Everything can offend or trigger someone. The logical end of that particular slippery slope is apologizing in advance for everything you ever say. People just need to stop taking offense at freakin’ everything, all of the time, like they do now.
Plus, what’s triggering about your inoffensive and reasonable post? Anyone who gets triggered by something like this is psychotic.

Don’t worry, I’m sure they’ll only burn down half the house. That’s not to say they won’t flood or infest the other, but at least it won’t be burned down!
