Without taking anything for granted: did you already try to reset your Bamco password?

So, you already tried that but when you put in the log in section your username and password it says what we can see from the picture.
Did you try to log in in the Bamco site with your credentials?
I had a similar problem with steam last week not being able to get onto Duelyst. But I was able to get on through the browser site. My advice is to try the browser version or the downloadable client or the steam version. If one of them doesn’t work then you still have other ways to log in and play.
Feelsbadman. This happened to my original TWO accounts, which I had to forsake. No one could fix it. That’s why I have to use this alt account that has practically nothing on it. I hope someone can get things straight for you.

I already did, theres nothing there that issued my problem
I had the same problem a long time ago and the next day it was fine; trying to see if switching from client to the browser version also might work like already said.
What about accounts?
Did you try to contact the Duelyst support? They’re not Bamco but maybe they can redirect you somewhere where you can get help.
Also you can try to contact Bamco’s support itself, bypassing Duelyst.
Happens to me all the time.
