Flash Reincarnation does not discount they cost of Blood Taura. It still damages it, though.

That is interesting!
I went to put it on the wiki and it’s already there that only arcane devourer can reduce the Mana cost of Blood Taura. So it’s a known interaction.
But if Arcane Devourer can reduce the cost then Flash should do the same. So I’d vote for a bug.

Not a bug. Discoverable.
Mana reduction spells like Flash or DFS don’t work because they reduce it by a set value, Arcane Devourer sets the next minion played to 1, rather than 2 less. Just the way it works I guess.
