Congratulations, you found the actual problem. Kara and her tigers are just symptoms, not the disease. The current metagame is almost midrange only and Kara is arguably the best General to use in a Midrange deck, thats why she is so strong. As it stands the current metagame has a whooping 2 aggro decks (faice and aggromar) and no real control decks (even most Cass decks are borderline Midrange). If the archetype balance were just little better the whole Kara problem would seize to exist.
