This is shopped. I can definitely tell by certain pixels not being in their respective positions. I mean, heh, not like anyone would believe you anyway. Alter Rexx working, yeah right.

It’s not that hard to make Rexx work: When you have mechazor ready, skip it until you manage to summon Rexx AND another mech in the same turn. Now you have a mechazor in hand and another one on the field. You just need it to give you 1 Mechaz0r to get value out of it.
A piece of advice: If you don’t manage to make something work, it doesn’t mean that everyone else can’t.

His method worked, just need a Kujata and a couple of Fractal Replications
