Feed Me Your Hatred

Lol wut. Sajj is definitely viable. She has vet cards lul. Probably stems from the fact people expect her to be like vaath or reva, when in reality, her bbs is really meant to get monster trades off high health minions

Remember when they made flying Vet the best deck? Gave DoD an endless loop? They massacred my boys.

Hate is a strong word. Now this is a quibble, of course, but I would say that it would be nice if you could disenchant the prismatics you get from leveling factions. Or at least the standards. Prismatics are only good because they’re worth more spirit. Some people may say “it’s a nice little aesthetic you can throw into your deck”. It’s pretty lackluster in my opinion. If visual bells and whistles are your thing, skins would be a fine faction reward. Personally, I’d rather have the spirit.
But I really dig everything else about the game. Big fan!

Tonight I mostly hate RNG for crappy card draw and connection errors.

That one turn stall can mean the difference between winning and losing for lategame arti decks (especially when against songhai)

So the spell didn’t have any effect and the Illusionist didn’t summon? This never happened before. Send us the replay and we’ll be happy to take a look.

I believe you mean Venom Toth. Venom Toth is an extremely weak card, and can be dealt with very easily. Chromatic Cold, Cryogenesis, and Hearth Sister are all cheap counters to cards of the sort. Also, in Duelyst, rarity does not correspond to power level. A lot of the most powerful cards in the game are common or even basic.

Hello, I do not have video footage of the game. However, my point was that the summoning a 3/3 Vespyr would be canceled out by the 2/1 Illusion. The illusion still appeared. Out of 6 empty spaces, I do not understand the priority for taking up a friendly minions space with the spell cast. Again, the priority here makes sense for enemies. However, this canceling of a friendly spell play randomly has occurred often and is much a nuisance for objective gameplay. Also, having issues casting Oak In The Nemeton. Just had a game where I observed at least 5 copies of minions and was unable to cast the trial. Unless I am wrong here and what I cast was not a copy please help me to understand this rule. I cast overall Blazing Spines, Endless Hunt, Jaxi, Zyx, and 2 Prismatic Illusion triggers. Not sure why I could not cast him. I do have a screen shot of the game although the not much use.

Oh, my apologies. I read the card better. They must all be in play. Prior minions on the battlefield do not count? Have only been able to cast Oak In the Nemeton twice since owning.

So you cast a spell that summons. 3/3 Vespyr, but it got cancled because a Illusion was summoned on the same space?

Yes, they do not count. All 5 tokens must be alive on the board at the same time. It is a very difficult Trial, but I heard it’s certainly worth the effort when it’s completed.

I am sated, at last.

Again not sure what the triggers or issues are with the Name of the Nemeton. I had four different named tokens out and was able to play the card. Yet, at times I have had 5+ tokens and creatures out and unable to play the card. Here is a screen shot of the first statement and situation made about Name of the Nemeton. Again, I have put in a few requests for issues with gameplay. I do enjoy the game throughout the “complaints” and want nothing more than growth of the game. However, only if the game grows in a good flow. Again thank you for your time!

If you have completed the trial (summoning 5 token minions with different names) then you are able to lose the tokens and still summon Memeton because your trial is already completed.

I assume here you mean you had 5+ tokens, but they did not have different names, meaning you did not fulfill the trial because the tokens must have DIFFERENT NAMES to fulfill the trial. If both of these situations did not happen to you how I described it, then you might have a bug and have done the right thing by submitting it to the forums.

TL:DR completed trials cannot go back to uncompleted, and do the trial exactly as it tells you to do.

I hate trials
I hate how trials pushes people towards decks built around summoning a single card asap
I hate how trials removes the emphasis on strategy and board control and replaces it with “screw everything lets see if I can get wanderer out on turn 3”
I hate people who defend the concept of trials
I hate the word trials
I hate how I feel like I’ve been playing Hearthstone on a board recently
(on a minor note I mildly dislike the art inconsistency between the old generals and the new ones)
I love the game however (minus trials)
