Expectations for the expansion

With cards starting to be leaked, what are you guys anticipating for when it’s released? I’m personally looking forward for rare and uncommon grade artifacts, more Dervish/Obelysk minions and more walls for Vanar.

Well they did say that all factions are getting one artifact but i think they said they were all gonna be legendary. Other than that i just want more cards to play around with specifically more cards with synergies for those crazy combos.

Man, wish they released rare artifact :weary: but I agree on the synergy side, especially with the current meta. I need more infiltrate and dervish synergy in my decks ><

I’m not expecting anything. That way I won’t be disappointed plus I’ll be able to evaluate cards when they do come with a bit less bias.

That makes sense. I already feel disappointed now that I know there won’t be rare grade artifacts, yet having an unbiased opinion is great in terms of value and how finicky a card is :grin:

Vacation sounds like a cool faction.

I hope for more neutral and/or Vet structures, and artifact of epic grade. Craftable cards for low spirit would be nice :>

Shoot, I hate mobile auto-correct XD. Meant to say Vanar (as auto correct tries to say Camarillo for some reason). I hope they introduce more ways to get spirit now that they have customs, and possibly have an event to help all players get the new cards easier ^^

New structures and structure synergistic cards are all but confirmed, with Soulburn Obelisk and Wind Slicer. Vanar looks to be getting more infiltrate effects and spells that care about the side of the board you are on.

Lyonar: Some love to healnor?

Songhai: Control spellhai with spelldamage?

Vetruvian: Structures?

Abyssian: A nova rework is confirmed. Abyssian is just too versatile.

Magmar: Draw manipulation and “egg tricks”? :eggplant:

Vanar: Infiltrate centered decks?

I am a bit concerned with Battle pets and their AI. I know that the AI for practice mode loves to Kill Sarlacs, so maybe it, and other weird interactions, can counter these units by confusing their AI.

I’m hoping that all deck archetypes will be made more viable like the devs said they would be trying to do. Mostly though im just excited for battle pets, opening some packs and trying out some cool new decks once the expansion hits :stuck_out_tongue:

I agree with you on that (rip shadow creep possibly) and hopefully there can be a larger variety within decks. What are battle pets though, this is the first time I’ve heard of them :confused:

I’m all up for variety, especially with Songhai and Vet decks. I don’t know much about battle pets, but I’m glad that CPG are continuing to implement more Intriguing features into the game :smiley:

Battle pets are going to be essentially super strong minions at a low cost but they’re gonna be controlled by an AI so you can’t control them in any way. I honestly don’t know how to feel about this it kind of depends on how good the AI.

They could be trash or they could be great but we won’t know until we try them out so really looking forward to that too.

Thanks for the info! I’d like to see how they will play out, possibly if they have there own bbs-like effect where it only activates on certain turns
