Me too… but i has only 1500 gold and no luck probably i only can get this card in some weeks u.u
yeah, since vet became the positioning faction, cpg needs to give them more minions that can deal with threats for them. this is a step in the right direction imo

omfg and what does lyonar get weak ass minions with exactly 4 hp so i i must oh but u can run slow ass azure shaman and afterblaze meh -_- in this meta as a ziran player your minions get instant answered against pro players but oh well win or lose idc anymore im running 3 matrydom 3 decimate im out … sucks being a ziran player sigh guess i gotta go old school 3 divine bond finish this game quick
I think Lyonar got best cards, they good in all deck, all archetypes (even Excelsious if he stays alive is good in Argeon because there isn’t really a difference between 8/8 and 15/15 if it kills you anyways) they are most flexible and they are keeping the same power level (kind of).

A big, well-statted Minion with two very useful Keywords and an immediate effect? Vetruvian hit the jackpot. This looks very likely to enable an archetype and is likely to set up some Wind Dervish OTKs at 9 mana (+Whisper). Nice card, and pretty fair at that price point.

all vet needs to do now is just spam all obelysk run 3 falcius couple sands couple second and first wishes 3 nimbus 3 aymara and 2 nosh rak with all the obelysk on field placing this guy would just be a doozy. i can feel the pain of trying to remove every threat sigh while vanar can just board clear with skorn n laugh turn 7
And Lyonar has Tempest, and Ironcliffes, and Divine Bond and Holy Immolation and I can’t even name all their “cancer”-ish cards.
While it has an immediate effect, it only has one if you already have stuff on board. On an empty board, its immediate effect is: deal 2 dmg to the enemy general. It doesn’t affect the board the turn it is played, so it isn’t an immediate effect in the traditional sense, more of a conditional finisher.

Well this just turned Rasha’s Curse into a 2 mana deal four damage to the general card, same with Bone Swarm too
I think he is less talking about the strength of the existing Abyssian Legendaries and more about wanting to see what the new ones are.

So many times i lost the game because of those 2 hp on the enemy general, AND NOW…NOW I CAN JUST THROW RANDOM PUMPED-UP-DERVISHES ON THE ENEMY FACE.

Another amazing flavor homerun.
In terms of function though, it’s another ludicrously powerful Vet minion that has to wait a turn to do anything. Definitely not going to complain about how tasty this is, but without the rare minion, epic minion, or epic spell slots loaded with some sort of disruption, or utiltiy (IE drawpower), I don’t think Vet’s going to be doing much.
