Expansion Spoilers Day 11: Grandmaster Nosh-Rak

Very viable and could be a new staple in Veturvian decks. Very dangerous and I definitely want this in my decks for better win conditions.

I just wanted to say that, Zendo is very balanced, but this one is CANCER by itself… :no_mouth:

this could be 8 mana and it would still be a good card

but thinking about it, its easy to see where it got its cost and stats
start with a starfire scarab 5 mana 4/6 blast
add 1 mana for flying
add 1 mana for the effect
add 1 health and multiply the effect for legendary rarity

Yes plz. I’ll take it, think of the combos with artifacts, dervishes, and so much more! Will secondly try at least 1 copy in my decks. The blast and flying is also an added bonus, making it an 8/7 against the enemy general with its effect and harder to play around.

WHAT IS THIS CARD WHAT IS THIS!!!
AM I READING THIS CORRECT DOES THE GENERAL TAKE DOUBLE DAMAGE FROM ALL SOURCES.
OH GOD THIS IS SO Awesome

Excuse me I got a little excited there.

Well it’s one of the best Grandmasters so far and Rak actually means cancer in Polish, but I don’t think it’s ā€œCANCER by itselfā€. It’s seven mana what did you expect. Also it’s best only in certain circumstances aka requires a set-up. But combination of blast and flying makes it one of the best 7-drops in the game.

Realy? ONE MANA for the effect??? I mean this effeck costs at least 2 or 3 mana…

Maybe fly Vet will work.
Summon 3 X Skywing (reduce flying cost by 1 each)
Then summon 2 Nosh-Rak

Fun, especially if having 2 on the board means all damage is quadrupled. I guess if you have 3 all damage is times 8 (octupled, if you prefer)?

This can mean the return of Sand Sister Saon (not really of course): with 2 Sand Sisters and 3 Nosh-Raks your general deals 32 damage to the enemy general :stuck_out_tongue:

I am from Czech that I know that RAK means cancer, we have the same word for that… :kissing_heart:
It doubles dmg that enemy general takes from every source… For example : You attack with your general (with no artefacts) and you take the half of dmg than your opponent… EVER!!! No situational…

I think it is time for me to put these Skywings to use… death is written in the skies tonight

Sorry for the late post, been out watching a movie

For people behind firewalls:

Grandmaster Nosh-Rak, Legendary Vetruvian Minion, 7 mana 4/7. Blast, Flying. The enemy General takes double damage.

And now, the poll, cast your thoughts on the new card here!

If you missed any of the previous cards’ polls, they can all be found here!

Ok, so without anything on board for 7 mana you gain 2 extra dmg and a removal target for opponent… OP as hell  .

i had afraid to see today’s vet card because i guessing it is a weak and bad card but i had wrong this card is really good

oh god like always people still crying for every decent vet card he is strong but majority of factions has 2 or 3 mana removals or dispels u.u

good to see vet with some card with burst to finishing the game

so does this mean if you play 2 nosh-raks (courtesy of skywing) the damage done to the enemy general is QUADRUPELED

I don’t know if I like such a damage burst in a faction which was lacking burst, excluding the weird OTK decks. I think Vets likely need different tools for a funnier experience

Ok for everyone… @annghelicus @kvewgir Sorry for my disapointment with this card, I dont want to argue here about that card… On almost every spoiler anyone says that card is so fu*king OP…

I am just sorrowful about that Vanar Grandmaster is decent, but not that OP… And when I see that very powerful one for Vet I am not pleased… :unamused:

Nope. You take double two times, it is not multiplied I mean…

oh well, at least its still triple damage
