Araki Headhunter is fixed, Ryvirath doesn’t write the patch notes, so this is just a miscommunication on our behalf (not having including it in the original patch notes).
Nice choice on the heavens eclipse BG, makes them seem way more ominous.
Until I can access Discord via my Laptop, it will lay in the obscurity of my phone.
Honestly, from time to time i feel bad for you devs because you only get critizied for everything you do and then you make patches like this and i am reminded why it is like that.
I mean there is so much important stuff around this game that would require attention, the UI is still shitty and requires 3rd party tools to get at least decent, there is still no casual mode or other game modes for that matter, so many bugs and unclear interactions that need to be fixed not to mention possible balance changes and what do you waste your time on? Discord and Razer light support.
What balance changes do we get? A useless card is made even more useless instead of just changing it’s card text to match the interactions. I mean i guess it’s a good thing that you only ruined a useless card so it could be worse but still.
It’s like your begging for players to complain… After all that talk about Bandai taking over marketing to free you up for development i would have expected a bit more actual development progress than this. Even more so with all the shit this cooperation has caused for the players.
I appreciate the new bosses and the monthly quest though.

Sadly, no. I wouldn’t mind some full price disenchanting.
How come my client doesn’t launch anymore after the patch? It works as usual after downloading the patch, but when I hit the launch button nothing happens.
But why? I liked this featur… - i mean, bug.
Why nerf a useless card which isnt getting any attention anyways on ladder but keep ignoring thunderhorn? I mean, dat shit is too broken that im seriously cinsidering to play it in agro zirix and lyonar decks.
Just when I find out about Elveiti’s “bug” and craft cards to make an artifact Faie deck, it’s being nerfed before I manage to play it in ladder. I hope it is just going to be a temporary thing and that Elveiti will be reworked a bit so that it can be useful in ladder. Right now I don’t understand what role the card is supposed to fill.

Yeah, I also think a full refund for Elveiti should be granted. Though the bug was somewhat clear from the card text, there was an official statement here on the forums that “the card was working as intended”.
The patch notes are meh. I was honestly expecting more, given the radio silence from the previous patch and the announcement that the partnership with BN was going to free the devs from some non-technical duties. It is fine to have no major breakthrough in most patches, but small quality of life improvements and other things would be much appreciated.

Guys, the devs will not release major changes and features every month. What if they are still working on mobile support, fixing card interactions, fixing networking problems and other important stuff like that? These are all things that take a lot of work. This discord integration thing doesn’t seem to be very time consuming to do, maybe it just took one day in total to implement that. The razor integration is not important for the players, but it’s good for marketing and profitability, which helps keep the game alive. But these are all small things that happen during development for one reason or another.
Now if that is true, and I really hope it is, what is lacking is a little bit of communication and transparency with the community then.

First - mobile is up on the map since two years ago? Time is not their problem.
Second - marketing through razor? Where is banco in all of it? Where is the marketing?
Updates which are jokes is what we get since the expansion landed.

Interesting to see how many people here are experts when it comes to the inner workings of CPG or the production of digital card games in general. Seeing how I don’t possess the knowledge of either of the two, I refrain from any sort of judgement and just enjoy the support that Duelyst gets.

This isn’t a balance patch, but I’m glad to see that the game is still trying to release content for players (with the addition of new raid bosses, ability to get UP common cards with daily quest, and the reintroduction of monthly quests). It’s good to see the bugs fixed at well (although as stated earlier some bugs are still current). I believe that Duelyst has a good meta atm, so I hope we see more content released soon!
